For over 16 year now I've been managing this building and

I'm always so carful who I rent to so

I have never had to use a

Court appointed Bailiff before
It takes up to $ 10,000 and 1-2 years with good lawyers 
 

Most Evictions
Are not so cut and dry and they can go on for years costing you a fortune

Everyone looks at it as

This is just the cost of doing business here 
 

We only have 22 Tenant's

 

I have 4 tenants that need to be evicted so for me I try to do it on my own to save money

But I now have a Crack House they have Lawyers and all the help they need

 

You get no help
 

The other day I really won the Lottery for the first time a Police Person help me out


I still cannot believe they did this
But I do know they can lose their jobs over it

The other day about 5 o'clock 3 policemen and 2 policewomen came

One policeman stayed across the street the other 4 went to the third floor with body armor and a rifle

When the police got there only his girlfriend was still in the Apartment

The two of them were threatening tenants in the building
and were trying to break into apartment 301 from their balcony

It really scared the young girl sleeping in the living room

We all know they have a shotgun in their apartment it on their Facebook page

The tenants in 303 and 304 moved out because of their threats and the shotgun in the building

 

There guard dogs are running around the building and
they let them shit and piss everywhere and they never clean it up

 

Their dog attacked a Chinese Lady Doctor the other night and the police were called
 

The dogs are still here

The police told me that these people are know to them
 

We really cannot help you we should not be doing this
 

But you really need help these people are extremely dangerous

The Police gave me a card for Vancouver Eviction Services professional evictions services
 

I never heard of them before
